I adjusted the font to the San Francisco font used in Apple devices, because I find it easier to read.

It also works with any EMUI device, as long you get the theme customizer

Can you download them from the play store? I did a search for "emui themes" and found some

Yes, but downloading them from a site like XDA will give you more verity to choose from. (The theme manager will let you customize to a T, so you can even provide your own font files and have EMUI use them)

Does the San Francisco font look jaggered or you know not smooth in your device? Cuz in mine the San Francisco font looks weird. It's not uniform. The letters are thin is some places and thick in some places so it looks weird.

They can change your fonts, and icons, along with wallpapers. With it, you can also change just the font and leave your regular theme.
