The thing I don't get... WCX has WiFi Hotspot/Tethering unlocked AT STOCK. So why did you use it on your own phone? (XDA Developer Post)

Works with Att.Im using T-Mobile sim

Well, that makes more sense. It would be nice to have been said that this is for people without AT&T, that's what threw me off.
