Enabling System UI Tuner?

Hello! Just got this bad boy (6P). Trying to enable System UI Tuner but unable to. I already enabled Developer Options but I'm unable to activate System UI Tuner. Maybe has go do something with my version? I updated yesterday since I got the phone yesterday.

Are you holding down the gear for 3 seconds? It works fine with 6.0.1.

Where (in what screen) exactly do I hold the gear? And you mean the gear icon when you pull the settings from the top correct? Not the 3 little dots on the top right?

Pull down the notification panel and hold the gear button (top right corner) for about 3-5 seconds.

need to touch and hold the gear. it will start spinning. hold till notification you have enabled ui tuner. if you have a fat finger, might be difficult. try the edge of the finger.

Fingers are normal sized. Tried with stylus and still not going. Any thoughts? Can it have something to do with my version of the phone (see screenshot from original post)

Make sure you don't have Animations disabled in Developer options.
