Encore Recon cases?

Now I see Element with a new Recon Pro and Recon Pro Elite cases for the S5.
Love that earth color.
Man, I better quit looking at this stuff or I'm going to be broke.

Got in my CF today and the only real flaw I see is a weak and rough edge alone the SBS area. I also don't know how long the flimsy power button will last before it breaks loose and starts flopping around. Here are a few pics:

The screwed up bezel at the SBS is driving me nuts and I believe that I'll be exchanging/returning this case. I'll call them Tuesday morning and see how it goes. How many have a messed up bezel at the SBS?

I'll give you that, the edge is definitely rougher than mine. The only way to see the gap on mine is to catch it at just the right angle. I can't even see the chrome bezel on the phone it. Not nearly that high or rough cut. I'd definitely call and ask them about it.

Got in the Black/Black Elite today and I must say it is a sweet case. Love the G-10 back. I think the Carbon Fiber looks just as good if not better at a much cheaper price. I also think the G10 is going to be a huge lint grabber. Same post on XDA

The G-10 feels much better in hand. The carbon is a little snazzier looking but also way more slippery. I like them both.

I have had the Element Case Recon Carbon Fiber, Black Ops Elite and Black Ops Pro. I have to say that the Pro with the machined CNC aluminum back is the nicest of the bunch. I was also worried that the aluminum back would affect reception but it does not. Now, NFC might be another deal but have not tried it yet.

I'm probably going to sell the Elite and order up a Dark Earth Pro.

Anyone buy one of the Recon Pro Black-ops version for the S5 on eBay for $ 28? I already had a Chroma version and bought one of the Pro Black-ops versions and they are identical, perfect fit, cnc aluminum on the back is perfect also. Did I mention $28!!

The Pro of coarse .
You do realize that G10 is just fiberglass right ? They put a die in the resin to make it black . G10 is what they make some pc boards out of. I'm kind of surprised that they sell the Elite for more than the Carbon when the G10 is nothing special.
