Encrypt Galaxy Tab S2

Greetings,

I purchased two Tab S2's to run some medical testing equipment. The equipment vendor and my pre-purchase investigation assured us they could be encrypted. I do not find this option anywhere in the device controls. These cannot be used in our application absent the ability to secure them in accordance with our security policy.

I would appreciate any guidance you might offer.
