Encryption Log on

I have an encrypted Galaxy S5. The password to log into the encryption on the phone is not working and I am never prompted to wipe the phone after entering in the incorrect password x number of times. I tried going into the Recovery mode, but the phone is managed through our MDM and I am unable to wipe it from there. Any suggestions??
