Endless Loop of Rebooting and Able to Restore All Information Right After Master Reset

Phone details:
Samsung Galaxy 2 7.0
GT P3100

My phone had been on endless loop of rebooting since two days ago. It can only be switched on for 3-4 minutes. It had happen before, I know that it's due to low memory (empty space left is around 400+mb) so I deleted a lot of pictures, videos and apps. Then the rebooting stopped. This time however, I deleted a few pictures and videos each time the phone is turned on (for 3-4 minutes) before it turned back off again, but each time after the phone reboot, the phone automatically restore everything back - the deleted apps, videos and pictures. This had never happened before.

I was so tired of deleting those apps, videos and pictures again and again only to find it reappearing. So, I have decided to do the master reset. I cannot do it from the phone setting as the phone somehow blocking me from resetting itself. Hence I do it manually (using the power up and power off button). I succeeded this time around, so after the factory reset is done, I reboot my phone, and surprisingly, it restores everything the way they were (low memory only 400+mb left). Not a single pictures, videos, datas or apps is deleted. It's like the phone got a mind of its own.

What should I do? I hope someone could help me. I have been googling for solutions online for the past two days but I can't seem to find the solution.

Turn on airplane mode. Then it should stay on long enough for you to turn off app and photo sync in Google.
