Enrollment second device issue

Hi,

I have an issue with my users.

Enrolling a second device, in the old one already enrolled, a notification appears notifying that the apps of the old account has been erased.

I am having Android@Work and inside Mobile@work (Mobileiron).

I checked with the support of Mobileiron who checked the device logs and saw that
the device is coming to the point where it gets the certificate but a lot of packages are being removed like for instance:

Also they are saying that the warning appearing on the device seem to come from Google while pushing the settings.
