I'd use the Galaxy Nexus for developing Android apps. To be honest, I don't have anyone to call internationally. I'd donate the Rebtel credit to a certain non-profit that cares for orphaned and destitute children in Africa (Malawi, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Liberia) and the Caribbean (Haiti, Dominican Republic).
