entering build

i tried to connecting my z force with computer then got message to go to setting select about phone then press 7 time the build and when I was asked to put pin number that I don't know . it is Verizon carrier and I live in Pakistan.

Ask the person who created the PIN what the PIN is. Hopefully that person will cooperate.
