Just did a speed test and got 384 kbps down.286 kbps up.

Cant say anything for the phone sleep issue, though.

Cap Removed or Limited to a much higher level.

does the phone still exhibit CPU over load during 3G uploads?

The update fixed this issue for me. I am now able to listen to music and such without it skipping around while running the speed test. Awesome!
