Epic-s Mychart medical records

I've been using Epic's Mychart for Cooper Hospital for years. For the past few days, I've been unable to sign in. The error is UNABLE TO SIGN IN. TRY LATER.
I have not received a response from Support for several days.
Are there any other users of Mychart that are experiencing this problem? Thanks.

Problem is gone. I didn't do anything. It just started working.

I too have occasionally found that to be a useful tactic when trying to fix glitches: do nothing - nothing at all.

This kind of thing is usually due to a server issue on their end. The best support people to call in this situation would be the hospital system's IT department, not the app developer, since the former will know about any system outages, not the latter.
