Is there a app that will let me use my epson dc 30 scanner with my Galaxy note pro 12.2?

You could try InSaneScanner, but it sounds little involved.

What are you trying to scan into your tablet? The tablet's camera is probably just as good--have you considered installing an app like Genius Scan, which uses your camera to create PDF files?
