Hi everyone!
I'm a newbie to Android, I finally dumped my iPhone 4 (couldn't keep up with Apple's prices among other things) and bought a LG G2.
I also bought SyncMate 5 for Mac (as my computer is an iMac).
I have noticed that everytime I shut down and restart my LG G2 it tries to apply an update called 'Apps'. It does that, then it restarts and shows the above error and finally says the update failed.
Does anyone know what could be causing this and how I can fix it?
To use Syncmate, I had to tap 7 times to enter developer mode, If that helps, as I have no idea what it means.

Thank you in advance, I am so thrilled with the G2, I can't even begin to describe my enthusiasm with my new phone!

What carrier are you on? I think I recall sprint trying to install an app like that with sprint installer or some 💩. See if you can locate the app and uninstall it completely. If it's what I think it is, it's garbage anyway.

I'm in Europe.
How can I tell which App is trying to be updated?
All it says is updating:"Apps"

Thanks!

this is the new of what it trying to install.
It seems like its a legit LG App:
v20c-APR-29-2014

I even restored the phone to factory setting, went through all the updates, and in the end, this one got as stuck again just as in the first post.
Any ideas?
