error 7003 when trying to redeem voucher codes from samsung hub

any ideas? (one of the vouchers expires in a couple of days and it seems a shame to let it go waste)

I'm getting different error code but I'm unable to redeem my voucher.
Did you ever get this working?

yeah - I did get it working and have a film i watched half of


thing it it was so long ago I can't remember what the solution was

I think I used the 'contact us' thing in the android links and they sorted out

sorry to be so flaky
