Error code 110

Every time I try to download an app I get error code 110.
This happens with updates also.
I've restored to factory settings twice,but this hasn't helped.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I finally got mine working.
I've noticed Samsung's released the android ver. Kitkat 4.4.2 for T210R and mine was only ver 4.1.2.
After updated to Kitkat, it works fine, no more 110 error message.

First, you need three files below;

1. USB Driver for TAB 3
2. Odin 3.09
3. Kitkat Firmware (XAC-T210RUEU0CNI1-20140915160459) for TAB 3

They won't let me post links, however, you can find easily by google them as well as instruction.
