Error code: 504

I tried to download an app and run into a message saying that the app can't be installed and the error code is -504
Also most of the apps and the my pic gallery are crushing down a lot.
Hmm.. Help?! :'(

Hello Einat, welcome to the forums! Have you already tried clearing cache and data for Google Play store? Some users managed to fix similar problems resetting app preferences in settings - apps - three dots top right - reset app preferences.
