Error Code DF-BPA-09

Sorry, if this was covered already, but can someone please explain to me why I am getting this error code when I attempt to install the Fandango app?

Settings-->Google-->[Your Account]-->Unsync Gmail

Resync Gmail.

check if you got notifications for incoming gmails

reboot.

Alternatively, try this. It worked for me.

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap Applications.

3. Select the All tab.

4. Locate and tap Google Services Framework.

5. Select the Clear data button.

I goofed some where so I just wiped the device and started over.
