Error connecting to Proxy Server Message

[AC Question]

I am having problems with error message Unable to connect to Proxy server. I have tried the fix to set the proxy to none. Once I press save, it is right back on manual next time I check it as it doesn't continue to work. I am at a loss?? This is the second Note 4 (replacement from AT&T) I have had problems with? HELP!!!!!
