error in activating viber on Samsung Duos

[AC Question]

Could you please help me?
I am receiving an error pop up traying to activate viber on my samsung duos
I chose the country and entered my phone number (same as I did with many accounts before for other people); when I press Continue, the viber tries to load and I have "Waiting for SMS message" on the screen for a few seconds, after which a pop up appears "Error".
