Error message *02#

[AC Question]

I have a brand new phone. I've set it up, but I keep receiving a message saying nothing but *02# and my only option is to select OK to get rid of it. I'd appreciate any advice as to how I get rid of it. I've updated all apps, including firmware. I've reset it to factory settings and done all that again, but it persists.
