Error message clearing partition cache in recovery screen

I have Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 S7275R phone and i was trying to clear the partition cache on the recovery screen but a small robot appears and it displays 'Error' and the phone restarts without clearing the cache.
I tried to install a newer firmware but the problem appears again. Does anyone have a solution?

Backup the phone and SD card. Perform a factory reset and see if that works.
