Error message on my ZTE Android Cell... Unfortunately, Launcher has stoppod

[AC Question]

I recently tried to download an app.. but was not successul.. I think the memory was low..
Anyway now when I power up the phone the message>>
Unfortunately , Launcher has stopped ..
Pops up in a window with OK button..
When I hit okay.. it just repeats the message..
I have gotten into the apps.. and tried to clear the cache on the Launcher android app..
that did not clear cache or solve the problem ..
so I forced stopped the program..
no change in the problem..
Help,.., cannot get into the phone..

Hi, try booting the device in to safe mode - if this works then you have a rouge app causing you issues.
