Error message sending a text message (SMS)

[Android Central Question]

Every time I send a text message to someone I get an error message "Not sent.Tap to try again" And I know that these messages to to the recipient so basically nothing is wrong. But these error messages bother me...Anyone know whats going on ???

Does this happen every time, and with every contact? What phone are you using, and has it ever worked before (in other words, is this a new problem)?
