I just reset my android tablet to factory settings and now when I try to download an app from the play store a message pops up that reads: the app can not be downloaded due to an error (921). What do I do to fix this?

Welcome to the forums!

I would try to delete your Google account from your tablet, and then sign in again. This can be done through Settings>Accounts
