Error msg re synch Galaxy S5 with Outlook 2013 via Kies3

Purchased the Galaxy S5 a month ago, synching contacts, calendar and task with Outlook 2013 without incident. Today, I get an error message "An error has occurred while preparing to sync SAMSUNG-SM-G900V's Schedule. Task Cancelled." If I try to sync only contacts or to-do's then the message refers only to the "G900V's Contacts" or "G900V's Tasks." I've closed everything, rebooted everthing, with no luck. And there's no indication of what the error is so I can determine how to fix it. Anyone else have this problem? David
