Error on updating apps on 4.3

I have updated my LG Nexus 4 to 4.3 couple of weeks ago and I'm not able to update any of my apps from then.
Getting error message when the apps are trying to auto-update. And many of my apps are also not functioning. Ex: Mx player

Does any1 facing the same problem ? ?

Hey man! Thats a easy fix, i want you to go into settings then apps and find Google play framework, first stop it then clear cache after go to google play and try and download something if that doesnt work i want you to remove all google play accounts and then re sync them Good Luck!

@jaboop : Heyy bro !! your solution fixed my issue.. Thanks a lot man.. I was struggling to update apps since I got 4.3. Now all apps are working fine ! Rock on !
