Error retrieving information from server

i got this message "Error retrieving information from server [RPC:S- 7 : AEC-0 YN4J-5ZFH-X4OK2] "

i already tried clearing cache on the Play Store and Framework ; removing the gmail account and re-adding it to the phone I even tried a FULL factory reset. still not worked

can u help?

Welcome to Android Central! Which device? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? A few things to try:

1. Make sure your device's time and date are exactly correct.
2. Clear Cache AND Data of Google Play Store, as well as for Download Manager.
3. Make sure you have a valid form of payment associated with your account.
