Error trying to back up

Hello,

I am trying to back up my S5 mini because I can't pick up phone calls anymore (if I swipe it stops ringing but won't pick up, if I push the home button it does the same thing ... it works 1 time on 5) so I am trying to swipe clean the phone and reinstall everything but now Kies3 gives me error when I try to back up everything.

Don't use Kies. Use Samsung smart switch instead.
