Error when downloading apps/games

Hi there! New Android user here, and loving it.

I've come across my first issue.

Trying to download an apps, and I get an "Unknown error -18", and it fails to install.
To test it, I went to download Angry Birds, which I had downloaded in the past with no problems, and it gave me the same error. So at this point, I'm not able to download anything from the market.

Any ideas on what could be going on?

I'm no phone expert, but I did try a battery pull hoping for the best, and it didn't help, not sure where to go from there.

I'm downloading from the market.

It actually download but it fails to install. Happening with every single app I try to install at the moment

What works for me with unknown 18s is to eject my SD card and then Dow. Load the app.. works every time for me. After its installed you can remount the SD card. Remember though when its time to update, move it back your the phone if its on the SD card and remove the SD card so it can update. Hope this helps.
