Escalating Ring

I picked up a Motorola Z Force to replace a Droid turbo 2. When a call comes in it seems it has an escalating ring instead of starting loud. I do not recall this on the turbo.

I cannot find a setting to change this. Anyone know if there is?

Not a fan of that either, I check both the sound settings in reg settings and phone settings and don't see anywhere to change it.
