We upgraded to Moto Z. When I message or call my wife, I show up as "unknown". When I go to my info in her contacts, everything looks fine. My profile info hasn't changed and I have verified that she is synced to google and Verizon cloud. Has anybody seen this and/or know the fix? Thank you in advance.
