EStrong files and folders are related to ES File Explorer. Do you have this app installed?

No my boyfriend uses my phone at work he broke his and I notice on my activity log he uses all this weird stuff I cant and dont know where to find it on phone

That's not exactly weird stuff, just a file explorer.

FYI, ES File Explorer is not a particularly good one to use, since the developer is known to throw in a lot of annoying adware and unwanted extra "features," and their handling of your data is also questionable: https://www.androidpolice.com/2019/...lay-store-possibly-part-of-do-global-scandal/

Do yourself a favor -- get rid of ES File Explorer. If you want a good 3rd party file manager, use Files by Google or Total Commander.
