Evernote OCR of notes?

Has anyone actually observed the Evernote OCR working for handwritten notes? I have pretty decent handwriting on the Flyer (if I do say so myself), and saved a couple of test notes I made to test OCR. When I open the notes in Evernote on other devices (tried my Droid Incredible and my laptop), it includes a notice that Evernote is only displaying a screenshot of a note I created on the HTC Flyer, and the actual text is not searchable on any device, including the Flyer.

Mine kicked in finally. Took like a day after I wrote and synced the note, but it's there now.
