Every minute appears "no response" on homescreen

Hi! I have annoying problem. During using of my galaxy s4 there is some kind of notification "no response" appears on my display. I don't understand what kind of response its need. Could anybody help me?

I haven't heard of this before. I would try rebooting and see if it goes away.

A screenshot of the message when it appears would be helpful as well... Maybe there are 'clues' in the icons or how it comes up?

Thank you for your responding. Seems I understand whats going on. When I try to find free wifi connection, my mobile find some, but when wifi signal is too weak and mobile can't connect with it , then appears this notification-NO RESPONSE.
