Everything is getting stop in Symphony H200

I'm facing a huge problem with my phone (Symphony H200) is showing me some problem. Gallery, sms, settings and almost all of the apps are showing the messege like "Unfortunately .............. has stopped working". I had a pc but now I don't have that. Please, can anyone tell me that how can I fix it ?? or, is it possible to flash Stock Rom from sd card ?? or, plz suggest me about Custom Rom, that I can install in Symphony H200 from sd card.

I think the easiest way to fix these problems is to factory reset the phone.

I have already done this but it does not work. I bought it from another person and he is not picking up my phone now, so I'm stuck
