Welcome to Android Central! I would guess that the battery has failed. You'd have to bring it to a repair shop to replace (or try doing it yourself--there are probably several DIY YouTube videos).

Just in case, try different charging cables and wall charging plugs. Also use a can of compressed air to blow out the microUSB port, in case there's debris in there.
