Anyone else ever have this problem.....every time i pull my battery or reboot my phone this comes up and I have to back out of it to get my phone to work.

I'm starting to worry that it is a problem with my phone because I have been having issues with ppl never recieving my calls or texts and I don't know if it's tied into this at all?!

Never seen that before.
Tell us about your device OS, rooted? Etc

Looks like the DM Command Service or Device Manager is enabled. Try this:

Dial ##3424# and see if there's an option to disable.

You can also try clearing data from the DM Command Service under Menu, Settings, Applications, Manage applications, All. Mine shows started, but is all zeros for storage or cache.

I was told that if I clear it under DM Command Service that it will clear out everything on my phone except my contacts, did that happen to you?

After I dialed that special number above then backed out via the back button, it then did show some data under the DM service. I then cleared data for it and powered off to swap for a fresh battery, booted normally and all is good, did not lose anything.

I am seeing the DM Command Service every time I boot. The only menu option is Disable, but it still pops up every time I boot and won't go away until I use the <Back> arrow or the Disable menu selection.

I tried the ##3424# sequence, but it just brings up the Service again.

However, I just tried clearing out the data as suggested above and noticed that, when I enter ##3424#, the Service screen still comes up, but goes away after about 5 seconds.

I just powered off my phone and turned it back on... no Service screen. Bringing up the Application Manager shows that it is back at 8 KB (it had been zero after clearing), but another power cycle demonstrates that it is not showing its face anymore, so thanks for the tip.

I don't know what you mean by "everything", but my add-on apps are still here, along with my files, my GMail data, etc., so I'm going to say, "No, the DM Command Service's Disable command will *not* clear out everything on your phone." And, yes, my contacts are still here, too.
