My sister dropped her Evo pretty hard and the screen went blank. There are no cracks on the digitizer, just nothing displayed. Phone still actually works and makes sounds, recieves calls, etc. I think the 4 bottom buttons still light up.
I was thinking that the LCD itself just went out, and I could replace it pretty cheaply.
Then I started thinking if there could be a deeper hardware problem.
Any ideas? Anyone come across a scenario like this before?
