EVO 4G LTE 3G Speeds

I'm getting miserable 3g speeds right now, I'm talking 30 kbps. The really frustrating thing is that my girlfriend has an EVO 3d and she is pulling speed 300 kbps on her phone.I was under the impression the EVO 4G LTE was supposed to be faster. Do you guys have any ideas on how I can fix this problem?

I had a similar problem on my 3D a few months ago and it went on for months. I compared it to other Sprint phones and I was always getting way under 150kbps. Finally called Sprint. The reprovisioned it and suddenly mine was like other peoples' again. Apparently mine was stuck in 2G mode!

Try this, lose the visual perspective and count, (remember that?), by onethousands. You'll find that pages start to load in 5-8 onethousands and finish by 10-14 onethousands. It's an 'Air Interface' so a lot depends on the weather.

Yeah mediocre signal and I still get great speeds.

Bottom two are WiFi, top ones are 3G speeds in Southwest Houston... just awful.
