Evo 4g LTE overheating and battery life

Turns out that it was not Safe Mode that solved my problem. I switched back to CDMA/LTE and my battery life went back to just a few hours. When I switched back to CDMA only my battery life went to more than 24 hours. You change it in Settings -> Mobile Network and then click on 'Network Mode' to change.

Okay I have done a force reset, I have tried every power saving technique but my battery still drains like 1 percent per minute and like 10-15 percent when on standby! I have my radios off but the phone is on standby. I check the power and it drains constantly!!! I really need help! What can I do to improve the my evo's battery life? It also overheats terribly! This is all after a force reset!!

Hello All,

My LG 410 table keep shutting off and restarting when I watch videos. It was still under warranty and I sent it in for repair. On the second go around, cause they did not fix it the first time, they said the fix was: overheating issue on the phone caused by the Power AMP IC was repaired: there was also a SW software upgrade (Download)..

It currently being shipped back to me so not sure if its truly fixed yet.
