Evo 4g LTE touch screen suddenly stopped working

I have had this phone for just under a year, and two days ago the touch screen stopped working completely. I have TWRP installed, and meanbean rom, I am not aware of any updates to the phone that day, but can't be completely sure. The screen doesnt work in recovery, and the stock recovery cant do a full reset. I am not sure exactly what I should do next, any help is appreciated.

Were you able to resolve the problem? If the screen is fully unresponsive, meaning it's not recognizing touch after a reboot, then it could be that the digitizer is broken.

If this is the case you will need a replacement. Either by sending the device to HTC for repair or trying the fix yourself it its out of warranty. Considering you have a ROM installed, HTC may not honor a warranty and may even deny a repair if it's sent to them in this state. Give them a call and find out what they can do for you.
