Evo Display has IPS?

Just curious to know if the Evo's display has In-plane switching? Just curious to know, rumor has it that the next apple phone will have it. I really really really hope the Evo does to.

Nope, it doesn't. Just a standard TFT screen. It is identical to the HD2 screen.

I guess that is fine. IPS panels have a slightly slower refresh rate than TN LCDs
