yes. that is how i normally pay for dollar apps. after clicking on an app you want to buy, you should see an option for carrier billing.

I can't Get It To Work For Magazines Which I Want To BuY, I'm Not Past Due On My Bill, The Option Just Isn't There.

I was having the same problem but it showed up when I turned off wifi and went to buy an app, now its always there

I Know About The Wifi Thing, but Still Can't Get It To Work, Maybe Its Because I'm On 1X Instead Of 3G/4G?

Also, Does Anyone Know How To Get Swype To Auto Space When In A Browser? It Keeps jumblingTheWords Together And Capitalizing All Of Them
