Evo - rooted - boot loop - issues

So I recently found my old htc evo 4g. Oh the memories...

So back in the day I rooted this thing and can't recall what happened or what I did, but it gets stuck in an endless boot loop. I'm able to get to the hboot. But it won't recognize if it's plugged into a PC nor will selecting recovery do anything.

What other options do I have to flash this thing and put it back to the original os? Is it pretty much bricked at this point?
