Evo SD card corruption error after OTA update.

My Evo just got the SD card error. Initially, I was trying to snap a photo and it said the line about insufficient file permissions. I rebooted the phone, and then it said "Blank SD card."

What's odd is that I have already installed the OTA update, and am running software version 1.32.651.6. I thought that was supposed to fix the SD card corruption issue!

Anybody else experience this post-OTA?

What OTA and when did you do this?

It was the OTA that was popping up on the Evo, I'm assuming the HTC update for 1.32.651.6, and asked me to install now or later. I applied the update a few days ago, and haven't had many problems until now.

I did notice once previously the "Insufficient permissions" error, but after a reboot all seemed well.

Yes I had the same experience. It came back after a while but I amnot sure what corrected it. I am still trying to replicate

veroi: Did your SD card data come back? I haven't reformatted the card, because I'm wondering if the data is salvageable.
