Some docs in SD card unable to view via using phone after the update to andriod 11 (one UI 3.0)

After the system update to Andriod 11, my Note 10+ unable to view some of the documents (SD Card) by using "My files" app. I tried to unplug the SD card and plugged it into computer and the videos and pictures does show on the computer. But it doesn't show up by using the phone. The file located in "SD card>Android>data> PHX browser". If I using my phone and I clicked the same way, ( SD Card>Andriod>data , and it show "No files".
