EVO users that switched to Nexus 4G

I miss my EVO this Nexus has way to many glitches

You gotta remember it just came out, of course there will be some glitches. Although, I only have a few glitches that will (should) be addressed soon, so I dunno how many glitches you're seeing. Maybe a defective phone. But these kind of radio issues are bound to happen eventually when the phone is initially released. Didn't it take 3 months before the EVO wasn't crap? Plus, being a Google phone, updates won't have to be rerouted through a different skinning to work and we'll just get it straight and fast.

Anyway, I love this phone. It's fast, the screen is GREAT, it doesn't feel cheap, I like the curved design, and it beats the hell outta my HTC Hero. Although that wasn't a bad phone once you get CM6 and then later CM7 on it. Don't regret the purchase at all.

EDIT: Oh, forgot to mention, the lack of an LED indicator doesn't really bother me. It's not that hard to hit the power button and look for the icon at the top. I check the time that way sometimes anyway, so I don't really see that huge a deal.

todays the day. my mother, has been itching to try out a smartphone. so, last week, we went down to the sprint store, looked at the Epic, looked at the Nexus. she really didn't like anything coming out. she however, did really like my evo, which at the time was rooted and was running a sense 2.1 rom.

to make a long story short, i get a nexus s for free, and she gets to try out the life of android. win win!

i'll be trading the evo for the nexus on the 24th when the 3d comes out because the nexus price is dropping lol, i'll be able to trade the evo straight across with my upgrade for the nexus. the evo 3d is probably the ugliest phone i've seen htc produce in quite some time.

This thing is kicking the heck out of my old evo on cm7 and I'm actually getting BETTER signal and data speeds. :D

The evo is fast, but this is FASTER.

well i posted this earlier in the week, had my nexus a couple days now and can say i haven't missed the evo a bit.

better screen, more responsive, better battery life, and even tho its lighter it feels more solid, and the murdered out front when the screen is off is so so beautiful. i rooted the evo on day one and i don't even have a desire to root this.

not to mention i'm not having any service issues, its the same if not better service than my evo did. wifi signal strength is a bit suspect but built wireless-n support is much appreciated.
