EVO4G Update

Yesterday I got notification that a software update was available for my Evo (Sprint),since then my htc sense wallpaper is Not auto syncing,and yes all syncs/data connections are Enabled..And looking at my battery usage,it seems the android OS,which is usually my biggest battery drainer,isnt even functioning now,No task killer apps on my phone.I did hard reset,nothing..Anyone else with a similar problem?Thanx :'(
