Excessive Data usage

I think my S5 is using data constantly. How can I check and what can I do to stop it?

Open your Settings, and navigate to the "Data Usage" scroll down below the chart and you'll see the general break down for all your applicable apps.
You can also turn off data, and restrict background data. And of course you can put monthly limitations as well.
